Marion Kiely is an EHS professional who applies anthro-complexity theory to the realm of health & safety. By utilising complex facilitation methodology, she helps teams make sense in order to act. She has experience in a range of industries from pharmaceutical, utilities, construction, information technology, and food & beverage. She teaches in University College Cork on Risk Management, and currently applies her expertise to her role within PepsiCo. She has contributed chapters to two books: ‘Cynefin® – Weaving Sense-Making into the Fabric of Our World’ & ‘Safety Insights – Success and Failure Stories of Practitioners’.
